Our practice includes complex civil litigation matters typically seen as the province of larger firms. We are a small firm that takes on big cases.
We remain steadfast in our belief that the civil justice system has a social obligation to speak for those who may not have a voice of their own because of it has been quieted by greed or violence.
Our number one focus is to handle our cases based on the clients' preference. We can combine our attorneys to act as one single litigation team or we can work with other firms around the country to form a virtual litigation team for a robust or targeted approach. Depending on the case, either approach can be beneficial, appropriate and cost-effective.
One example of our complex, yet compassionate, litigation is one of our lawsuits against KBR and Halliburton. We are currently working with burn pit lawyers at Motley Rice LLC to demand accountability of government contractors hired to provide a service at the taxpayers expense. This litigation has impacted victims all over the United States and the world.
