We are handling a whistleblower lawsuit brought on behalf of the United States against Blackwater. Blackwater has filed a motion to dismiss, and an oral argument will be held on July 1, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. before Judge T.S. Ellis, III of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
